During her undergraduate years, Chelsea worked as a student worker at UNO Testing Services. While there, she developed her customer service skills by answering inquiries from oncoming clients. Furthermore, she was able to learn basic data entry skills by updating and maintaining a schedule through Microsoft Excel.
While she was in undergrad, she joined the Service Coalition, a volunteer club. While she was there, she volunteered at the Magnolia Community Services, which is a home for developmentally disabled adults. At Magnolia Community Services, she participated in recreational activities with them. She gained experience with learning to communicate with different types of people and to adapt in a different environment.
In high school, Chelsea did cross country and cheerleading. Doing cross country taught her about goal making and striving to achieve those goals. Cheerleading pushed her out of her comfort zone and taught her about working with others in a team. In her spare time, Chelsea likes to listen to podcasts, read, watch movies and tv shows, and play video games. Also, she spends her time learning to cook new things by watching cooking tutorials. Finally, she enjoys taking her dog for walks around the neighborhood and trying new restaurants.
