Sarah Lee is currently pursuing her B.S. in English at the University of California, Berkeley. She expects to graduate in Fall 2020. She is also a Graphic Design Intern at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI.
While attending the University of California, Berkeley, Sarah took a wide range of English literature courses, which has helped her write clearly and efficiently. She hopes to use these writing skills and adapt her writing to apply to social media marketing. Beyond her passion for writing, she has a perpetual fascination for design and devising, streamlining, and perfecting an ultimate product. She was involved in Yearbook, Journalism, and other clubs, working with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Sarah was involved in volunteer activities and clubs, where she took on Social Media Director role. She developed online marketing campaigns using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to recruit new members and volunteer activities. Sarah was able to boost the club's engagement in volunteering opportunities with nonprofit community organizations. She tutors international students who need help with their English courses and their speaking skills as she finds joy in educating young individuals and impacting their intellectual processes.
During her free time, she enjoys updating her blog, photography, and reading books. She loves to read books both in Korean and English, as her pursuit for something greater is fueled by love and ease to explore literature. She is starting up a blog to review popular food restaurants in Los Angeles, hoping to incorporate her writing and design skills. During quarantine, she has spent her time meeting up with her friends through weekly Zoom conferences.
After graduating, she hopes to pursue a job in social media marketing in either Korea or the U.S. Also, she still hopes to tutor and teach English, as she has been doing.
