Bryan Nguyen is a Valuation Intern at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI. He is also a sophomore at the University of North Carolina pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Investment Banking and Multinational Finance.
Bryan is passionate about a career in Investment Banking. As a first generation college student raised by a single mother, he understands the value of a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed. And, throughout his college career, he has worked part-time while simultaneously holding numerous leadership positions in various student organizations.
Last summer, Bryan dedicated a summer as a financial planning intern to explore his interest in finance. During his time at UNC, Bryan participated in his University's Investment Banking Boot Camp where he developed his knowledge of valuation and accounting, and through a competitive interview process, he successfully earned a position on UNC's Investment Banking Resume Book.
Over spring break, Bryan received a scholarship to attend UNC's Investment Banking Trek where he met with 12 investment banks. He gained valuable insight into the industry.
This semester Bryan managed to found an organization called Ascend to increase professional development and interest in the financial services industry for Pan-Asians on campus.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys mentoring under-served high school students through Strive For College, keeping up with the financial markets, exercising, and watching Aggie Football or UNC Basketball.
