Hannah Carroll is a Human Resource Intern at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI. She is currently pursuing her B.S. in Human Resource Management at Florida State University. She expects to graduate in Spring 2021 and then go on to obtain her MBA in Fall 2021.

Although Hannah has not had any prior HR experience, she has worked as a calculus tutor while being a fulltime student and seasonally works at DisneyWorld. She works at Skoolers Tutoring in Tallahassee, FL where she composes and produces practice problems for students that result in improvements on quiz and exam scores. Hannah enjoys working as a calculus tutor because she gets to share her love for math and help students who may be struggling. During school breaks, Hannah goes back home to Orlando, FL where she gets to work as a sales associate at American Threads in Disney Springs. Her favorite part about working at Disney is getting to meet people from all around the world.

Hannah will be going into her third year as a member of Phi Mu Fraternity where she gets to improve the lives of many children and families by fundraising for Children's Miracle Network. During her time as a member, she has personally helped raise over $1,500 through different fundraising events. Aside from the philanthropic duties, Hannah volunteers at a low-income elementary school near Florida State University where she mentors a first-grade student. Specifically, helping improve his reading and math skills.

Throughout Hannah's childhood, she was apart of a dance competition team where she got to travel across the country to compete. She grew a love and passion for this sport and got to meet her closest friends from it. When college came around she was not ready to say goodbye and was able to continue dancing by being apart of her sorority's dance team that is involved in a charity event. After the first year of being on the team, Hannah was named co-captain and got to help plan and create the dance for the coming year. The past two years allowed her to continue her love for the sport and grow closer connections to new teammates.

On weekends and school breaks, Hannah enjoys trying new brunch places around her city and hanging out with her friends. She believes the best meal of the day is breakfast and makes it a goal to eat at every brunch restaurant in her town. Her favorite brunch place is First Watch, which is sadly hours away from FSU. Hannah grew up dancing with her closest friends and they all sadly go to different universities, so when they are all back together she loves to hang out with them. Some of their favorite things to do together are going to the beach, taking a Disney trip, or meeting for a lunch date.
