Alicia Rodriguez has recently graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies with a concentration of Business, from University College at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Alicia graduated in May of 2020. She is a Human Resource Intern for the Management team at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI.
Throughout the first two years of her undergraduate career, she was a student at Loyola University New Orleans. While attending this University she was the first member of the newly founded competitive Dance Team. She was on athletic scholarship through her two years. Her team was award Regional Champions NAIA 2017 and 2018. She was a student worker for the Office of Residential Life and an Assistant Teacher for the University’s Magis Program. When Alicia transferred to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, she joined the Ragin Hospitality Club. She currently volunteers for Crisis Text Line. Which is a suicide prevention text line. She has gone through three weeks of training and has spent 60+ hours assisting anonymous texters through this outlet.
In high school, Alicia danced with the Senior Elite team at her studio Andrea’s Dance Company. She competed in regional and national competitions. She was also Top 5 rank of 2nd lieutenant in her high school’s JROTC Program. She was in charge of logistics and planning the events of the program for the school year 2015-2016.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys listening to music, watching movies and Korean dramas, and enjoying time with family and friends. Alicia is excited to gain more experiences and new skills in the Human Resource internship at KW Commercial and is ecstatic to be a part of the Management team.
