Jan Li is a Sales Intern at KW Commercial 889-9898, with Russell Bernstein, CBI. She is a third-year Managerial Economics and Psychology major, with a minor in Technology Management at the University of California, Davis. She is expected to graduate in June 2022.
Jan is from Sacramento, California, where she grew up watching her dad dabble in stocks and often went on house tours with family-friend realtors. This is where she developed her interest in investment, real estate, and finance. She still has much to learn but hopes to obtain her real estate license in the nearby future.
During her time at Davis, she participated in many on-campus organizations such as Delta Sigma Pi and Davis Women in Business. As a member, she hosted many events that contributed to the professional education of many students on campus. Helping students gain professional knowledge that is needed to start their professional career.
Outside of volunteering and school, Jan enjoyed spending her time playing sport. During her high school years, she spent a lot of her time on the varsity tennis and swim team. Although she has not played much after going to college, she still values the importance of keeping fit and staying healthy.
Jan has many interests and still has much to learn. However, she spends a lot of her free time playing tennis, baking and learning new things such as investment research. She hopes to learn and contribute as much as she can to the KW internship so that she can use this experience to help her pursue dreams in investment.

Cole Andreadis is a Marketing Intern & Extreme Sports Specialist at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI. He is currently a rising senior at Wake Forest University, majoring in Finance and minoring in Psychology. He is expected to graduate in May 2021 and anticipates entering the business world.
Cole is from Darnestown, Maryland, where he went to school in Potomac and found his interest in business-related subjects. Starting last summer, he has been working part-time for a reg-tech company based in San Francisco, CA. He works as a Data Associate to help improve the way compliance documents are identified and works with the head of content and product counsel.
At school, Cole is involved academically and socially through his courses and organizations. He founded the Ski & Snowboard Club and has been the co-president since 2017. He has successfully planned and executed several student treks to the Appalachian Mountains visiting different resorts, awarded over $6,000 for the 2019-2020 academic year, designed trip schedules, created a budgeting plan, and developed budget allocation.
Outside of the classroom, Cole has contributed hours of community service towards organizations close and far from campus. His most passionate organization is Vs. Cancer, a Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Cole has participated and helped set up the Deacs Vs. Cancer event on his campus for the past two years, where they have raised over 70,000 dollars. In addition, he is part of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity, where he serves as an active member and philanthropist in his community.
In addition, Cole has played years of soccer and lacrosse in high school and keeps active through similar sports on campus and in his hometown. During the winter, Cole and his friends seek out skiing trips at local resorts and he enjoys family ski trips out west. He has spent two consecutive years during the summer at Windells Academy Summer Camp, where he has progressed his freestyle skiing abilities.
In Fall 2019, Cole had the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy with some of his close college friends. They traveled around Europe on the weekends and gained a sense of culture that they will never forget. He takes his past experiences and applies them to his current world to give himself an open-minded view of everything.

Leah is a Public Relations intern at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI. Leah received her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at Coastal Carolina where she focus on environmental degradation in low income communities.
Driven by her belief in community resilience, Leah views her PR work as an opportunity to engage businesses and citizens in the important conversations that lead to positive mutual growth. Leah has hands on experience in managing meaningful and at times, difficult situations. Graduating from Syracuse as captain of the volleyball team with a communications degree in just three years, she’s equipped with the knowledge and practice in being an effective communicator. Outside of school, Leah is no stranger to working with diverse communities, having lived in multiple cites on either US coasts and abroad.
Before interning with Russell, Leah completed a contract with Solid Ground, a non profit that offers support and skills building resource for those in vulnerable situations. In her position as a Community and Youth Education Coordinator, Leah organized, hosted, and in many cases taught low income families, children, and adults; nutrition, cooking, and budgeting skills that they could use to live healthier lives. In 2018, Leah served as an United Nations Youth Corp intern, working directly with the Georgetown County Parks and Recs Department, to encourage community environmental engagement amongst urban and rural community members. Simultaneously, she collaborated with church leaders in Plantersville, SC to open a community garden in an area lacking access to fresh and nutritious food. Before graduating from Syracuse in 2017, Leah dedicated Wednesday afternoons to serving Syrian refugees as an English tutor, her Friday evenings volunteering for an after-school youth mentorship program; and her weekends exploring the city and the people who constitute it.
As someone who spends much of their time volunteering to serve the needs of others, Leah has been searching for a way to do so in a professional capacity. She believes in the power of community and hopes to build a stronger community through her work. In the future, Leah aims to pursue a career as an Air-Force pilot and hopes to translate what she learns in this internship into her future role as an Air-Force officer.

Casey Mach is an HR Intern for the Management team at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein, CBI. She is currently pursuing her B.S. in Managerial Economics and a minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis. Casey expects to graduate in June of 2022.
Throughout the first two years of her undergraduate career, Casey has taken only a few business-related courses, which include Financial and Managerial Accounting, as well as Theory of Micro and Macro Economics. However, as she begins her 3rd year in Fall, she will continue to take on courses in Business Statistics, Management of Information Technology, and more in-depth classes in Economics. Due to her passion for employee engagement, event management, and organizational development, Casey seeks for opportunities in Human Resources Recruitment and Management and ultimately hopes to acquire a full-time career as an HR Manager. Within the last two years, Casey has dedicated many hours working in customer service as a Brand Representative at Hollister Co., and a previous team member for the UC Davis Coffee House. As she continues working part-time jobs, Casey is excited to be focusing on her career path in the Human Resources field for KW Commercial.
On top of her academic and work accomplishments, Casey is also the current President of an international philanthropic organization, alpha Kappa Delta Phi Sorority Inc. Her main responsibilities for the sorority are to administer weekly meetings, coordinate with all organizational members to recruit potential members, and spearhead in-house workshops. Casey enjoys her job as President because she feels she is able to develop organization influence and growth, while learning new methods to improve on her leadership and communication skills. Beyond her responsibilities as President, Casey also participates in monthly community service events, sisterhood gatherings, and annual conferences with 60 other chapters throughout the nation.
Before she attended college, Casey danced for 5 years and competed on her high school tennis team for 4 years. During her dance career, she performed in annual dance recitals for jazz, ballet, and hip-hop. She would have continued dancing, however, she did not have time for both dance and tennis in high school. Therefore, Casey joined the JV Tennis team, and later in her junior year of high school, advanced to the Varsity Tennis team. Today, she continues to play tennis with her previous tennis team friends for fun.
In her free time, Casey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, re-watching Greys Anatomy on Netflix, exercising, and going on spontaneous adventures. Moreover, she has recently discovered new hiking trails to explore with her friends. All in all, Casey hopes to have a productive summer working out, spending quality time with friends and family, and continuing her research in HR careers and internships, while interning for KW Commercial.

Jeamin Shin is a Marketing Intern and Korean Language Specialist at KW Commercial 889-9898 with Russell Bernstein. She is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of California, Davis. She is expected to graduate in 2023.
At UC Davis, Jeamin volunteers at the Aggie Reuse Store, a student-run thrift store aimed at diverting materials from the landfill and repurposing them. She can be found raising awareness about zero waste and encouraging recycling to students and community members. Recently, Jeamin has worked to build the store's presence among the student population.
In her free time, she enjoys playing badminton, as well as consuming games and novels in the mystery and/or historical genre. Her interests are seeing the similarities and differences in culture over time. She also likes watching cooking and baking shows and attempting to recreate what she sees.
Once she graduates, she would like to work as an analyst in government or at a think tank to evaluate the impact of proposed policies on communities.
